Andy recently held key roles as the group HR director, organizational transformation leader, and overseas corporate development director at two major Chinese conglomerates, following an extensive consulting career with top global management firms across Toronto, San Francisco, Seattle, Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.

As an executive search and leadership consulting expert, Andy brings over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, business transformation, HR operations, leadership coaching, and board performance for a variety of local and global entities, including those in retail, FMCG, insurance, industry, aviation, hospitality, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, as well as government bodies in the West and Asia. He has advised these organizations on their people, performance, leadership and sustainability agenda.

Collaborating with MNCs, local Chinese companies, and government agencies, Andy has been instrumental in shaping creative business strategies, accelerating talent acquisition, optimizing organizational structures, and enhancing organizational and leadership effectiveness. He is known for his innovative techniques engaging with senior executives, attracting top talent, and building trusted relationship.

An engineering graduate from the University of Toronto, Andy pursued post-graduate studies at UC Berkeley and executive education at the University of Oxford. Bilingual in English and Chinese, his extensive experience living and working in both the East and West has endowed him with a profound understanding of cultural diversity.

Andy works in GBA, Shanghai and Hong Kong, serving clients throughout the nation and the Asia region, with family homes in the those cities.
