黄家傑（Benjamin）先生乃香港人力資源管理學會國際及中國委员會聯席主席。在此之前，黄先生曾在不同的行業领域擔當高级人资领軍人物，例如资產管理(財经服務)， 地產開發，基礎設施行（軌道交通及商用货車，電梯，鑄鋼，玻璃，汽車配件鑄造），涵蓋中國內地，香港，及整個亞太區域。
擁有廿载以上董事會首席行政人員及高管人力招聘.黄先生有著豐富成功的客户和候選人经驗，肯定會為客户在制造工藝工業，建築及工程，金融服務，地產及资產管理找到最佳的員工來成就企業良好的未來。
黄先生畢業於墨爾本大學，擁用20年以上澳洲注冊會計師及工商管理项士，也是香港人力資源管理學會資深專業會員及澳洲人力資互協會會員。
黄先生的資歷在人資的招聘資源，人文文化，培訓學習，人員敬業度及激勵具有實戰經驗，這也跟他十五年內地工作生活有著不可分割關係。他曾與法國INSEAD學院共同打造領導力管理課程。最近在2023年，他亦被凰凰衛視就大湾區人才策略代表香港人力資源管理學會發表業界意見，也參與學會和香港特區政府勞工福动局代表團到深圳参與全國第二屆人力源服務業大會。
黄先生曾受特區政府政師律政司缴請参加調解課题分享，也在各大人資奖項擔任評委，及在香港及內地社交及工作平台擔任嘉賓接受訪問及分享。
Benjamin Wong is the co-Chair of the International & China Committee at the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (HKIHRM). He has an extensive background as a senior/ regional HR leader in diverse sectors, including Financial Services (Asset Management), Property Development, and Infrastructure (Rail & Commercial Vehicles, Elevators, Steel & Glass-making & Automotives), spanning across the Mainland of China, Hong Kong SAR, and the APAC region.
With over 20 years of recruitment expertise for top-tier (board and C levels) and senior management positions within MNCs and conglomerates, Benjamin’s strong people networks (with experts, seniors and corporate leaders) in industries, like industrial, construction & engineering, and real estate asset management in China and Asia, is invaluable for clients seeking to grow their businesses and secure right talents amidst a challenging talent landscape.
Educated at the University of Melbourne, Benjamin is a CPA and MBA graduate from Australia, with over 2 decades of professional standing. He is a fellow of HKIHRM and a member of the Australia Institute of Human Resources. His areas of expertise include Hiring & Resourcing, People & Culture, Learning & Development, and Engagement & Motivations, honed through his 15 years of working with MNCs and being stationed in the Mainland of China.
He also championed several campus leadership programs from INSEAD for previous employers and has represented HKIHRM to offer his view on GBA talent strategy, interviewed by Phoenix TV Channel. He participated in the 2nd China National Human Resources Vendor Conference in 2023 as a delegate from the Labour & Welfare Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR government.
Benjamin spoke on mediation at the Department of Justice and served on judging panels for various recruitment and HR excellence awards. He was also interviewed by various local HR magazines and national Chinese job portals, sharing his insights and expertise in the field.
