黄家傑（Benjamin）先生乃香港人力資源管理學會國際及中國委员會聯席主席。在此之前，黄先生曾在不同的行業领域擔當高级人资领軍人物，例如资產管理(財经服務)， 地產開發，基礎設施行（軌道交通及商用货車，電梯，鑄鋼，玻璃，汽車配件鑄造），涵蓋中國內地，香港，及整個亞太區域。
擁有廿载以上董事會首席行政人員及高管人力招聘.黄先生有著豐富成功的客户和候選人经驗，肯定會為客户在制造工藝工業，建築及工程，金融服務，地產及资產管理找到最佳的員工來成就企業良好的未來。
黄先生畢業於墨爾本大學，擁用20年以上澳洲注冊會計師及工商管理项士，也是香港人力資源管理學會資深專業會員及澳洲人力資互協會會員。
黄先生的資歷在人資的招聘資源，人文文化，培訓學習，人員敬業度及激勵具有實戰經驗，這也跟他十五年內地工作生活有著不可分割關係。他曾與法國INSEAD學院共同打造領導力管理課程。最近在2023年，他亦被凰凰衛視就大湾區人才策略代表香港人力資源管理學會發表業界意見，也參與學會和香港特區政府勞工福动局代表團到深圳参與全國第二屆人力源服務業大會。
黄先生曾受特區政府政師律政司缴請参加調解課题分享，也在各大人資奖項擔任評委，及在香港及內地社交及工作平台擔任嘉賓接受訪問及分享。
Benjamin Wong is the Co-Chair of International & China Committee of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (HKIHRM). Previously Benjamin worked as a senior HR leader in broad industries such as Asset Management (Financial Service), Real Estate developers, Infrastructure industries (Rail & Commercial Vehicles, Elevators, Steel & Glass making & Automotives) covering Mainland China, Hong Kong & APAC regions.
With over 20 years recruitment experience for board level C-suites, & senior management roles with various conglomerates, his successful stakeholder & candidate experiences in industrial, construction & engineering, finance service and real estate asset management in Mainland China & the APAC region would certainly help clients to grow their businesses and find the right talents in current talent shortage climate.
He got his first degree in Melbourne University and possesses a CPA, MBA from Australia for over 20 years, and is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management, & a member of Australia Institute of Human Resources.
Benjamin’s expertise is in Hiring & Resourcing, People & Culture, Learning & Development, Engagement & Motivations are evidenced in all his exposure to be able to work in MNC and stationed in Mainland China for almost 15 years. He also championed some campus leadership programs from INSEAD for his previous companies. He recently shared his view with Phoenix TV about GBA talent strategy representing HKIHRM, and joined the delegation from the Labour & Welfare Bureau of Hong Kong SAR Government for the 2nd China National Human Resources Vendor Conference in 2023.
He was in Department of Justice sharing for the mediation topic, and had been in judging panels of various recruitment, & HR excellence awards. He received various interviews with various HR magazines in HK & China, & some Chinese job portals.
