Andy Siu

萧先生(Andy)近年在两家香港和国内领先的国际综合企业,担任集团人资和企业发展的高級领导,负责集团旗下的不同产业板块的人资及境内外企业并购及营运的管理与发展,牵头各业务板块进行数字化转型、投融资后业务整合项目,推动人才发展信息化绩效管理,优化业务经营上人才配置及团队效能的协同。

萧先生曾先后在多家世界顶尖的全球管理咨询顾问机构,担任“人才与组织”咨询业务和项目领导;他拥有超过20多年海外、国内中大型人力资源项目实施和咨询管理经验,是组织发展与文化、变革管理、高管教练、领导力及人才发展、和高管搜寻方面的专家。合作上,他频常与企业董事会成员、管理层、职能/业务部门、和不同持份者,就业务与人才发展提案和议题上,进行不同形式的交流和‘工作坊’式的深挖研讨;曾与(工业、制造、药业、生命科技、快消、酒店、保險和物流业的)跨国企业、民企、家族企业开展“量身定制”的人才发展与组织效能的合作项目,共同解决产业、人员和组织在业务经营上的时代课题,其中包括:企业组织诊断、业务经营战略梳理、组织架构及岗位设计、团队效能与文化建设、人才发展及继任、高管搜寻、领导力发展等,成功地帮助合作企业改善其组织的营运、管理和团队效能,与时并进。

萧先生掌握流利英语、普通话和广东话;拥有国际项目管理专业资格;毕业于加拿大多伦多大学工程系;並在加州大学柏克莱分校和英国牛津大学 Saïd 商学院深造,钻研工商管理和高管领导力课題;他在海外生活工作多年,近廿载聚焦服务大中华及东南亚地区,常活跃参与地区组织及院校的人力资源业界交流活动。

Andy recently served as the group HR director, organizational transformation leader, and overseas corporate development director at two leading Chinese conglomerates, after a long consulting career with several top global management consultancies in their Toronto, San Francisco, Seattle, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices.

He is the executive search, management and leadership consulting leader with over 25 years of diversified consulting experience in talent acquisition, business transformation, HR operations, leadership coaching and board performance for local and global organizations (in retail, FMCG, insurance, industrial, aviation, hospitality, chemical, pharmaceutical sectors) and government entities in the West and in Asia. Andy advised these organizations on their people, performance, leadership and sustainability agenda.

Andy worked with MNC, local Chinese companies and government entities to shape business strategy, expedite talent sourcing, optimize organization design, improve organizational and team/ leadership effectiveness, derive quick-wins and implement cost-cutting programs. He adopts various techniques and unique approaches in engaging senior leaders, attracting top talents and developing trusted relationship.

Andy was an engineering graduate from the Univ. of Toronto, did post-graduate studies at UC Berkeley and executive education at the University of Oxford. He speaks English and Chinese fluently, and his long living and working exposures in the east and the west equipped him with deep cultural diversity and understanding.

Andy works in both Shanghai and Hong Kong serving clients across the regions, where his family has homes in both cities.
