嚴晧展（William）是三和生物科技有限公司的創始人及主席，他的專業涵蓋光、機、電及先進製造技術。嚴先生從事高科技行業的產品、技術、研發及生產逾四十年，擁有豐富知識、經驗和人脈。
嚴先生積極參與行業及科技團體的工作，他是前香港光電協會創會高級副會長、前香港電子科技商會副主席、前香港品牌保護陣綫副主席。目前，嚴先生是香港關鍵性零部件協會理事長、香港光機電行業協會副主席、香港創新科技及製造業總會理事及香港醫療及保健器材行業協會副主席。
嚴先生曾參與多個機構及院校的公職工作，包括教育局資歴架構先進製造行業培訓咨詢委員、香港貿易發展局委員及浸會大學理學院顧問委員會成員等。
嚴先生一直熱心於發明和設計工作，擁有80多項專利，當中涵蓋電子、機械及生物醫學。嚴先生過去曾獲得多項本地及國際設計/發明奬項，包括香港工商業獎的產品設計及科技成就獎、香港資訊科技奬及瑞士日內瓦發明金奬等。
William Yim is the founder and chairman of Sanwa Biotech Ltd. His expertise covers optical, mechanical, electrical and advanced manufacturing technologies. Mr. Yan has been engaged in products, technology, research and development and production in the high-tech industry for more than 40 years and has extensive knowledge, experience and connections.
Mr. Yim is actively involved in industry and technology communities. He is the founding member and former SVP of the Hong Kong Optoelectronics Association, the former vice chairman of the Hong Kong Electronics & Technologies Association, and the former vice chairman of the Hong Kong Brands Protection Alliance. Currently, Mr. Yan is the chairman of the Hong Kong Critical Components Manufacturers Association, the vice chairman of the Hong Kong Opto – Mechatronics Industries Association, the director of the Hong Kong Federation of Innovative Technologies and Manufacturing Industries (FITMI) and the vice chairman of the Hong Kong Medical and Healthcare Device Industries Association (HKMHDIA).
Mr. Yim also takes up senior roles at many corporations and institutions, incl. the member of the Advanced Manufacturing Training Advisory Committee of the Education Bureau, the member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Faculty of Science of Baptist University.
Mr. Yim has always been enthusiastic about invention and design, and holds more than 80 patents, covering electronics, machinery and biomedicine. He has received a number of local and international design/invention awards in the past, incl. the Product Design & Technology Achievement Award of the Hong Kong Awards for Industry and Commerce, the Hong Kong Information Technology Award and the Gold Medal for Invention in Geneva, Switzerland.
